Baca Is Mecca

The Holy Ka'bah built by Abraham and his son Ishmael is in Mecca. This name Mecca (Makkah) has been mentioned one time in the Holy Qur'an in Surah 48:24. Another name for Mecca is Bakka, depending on the dialect of the tribe. This also has been mentioned one time, in Surah 3:96: "Verily, the first House (of worship] appointed for mankind was that in Bakka [Mecca], full of blessing, and guidance for all people." Amazing enough, this word Bakka was mentioned by Prophet David [PBUH] in his Psalm 84:6: "Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well, the rain also filleth the pools." The well here is the well-known well of Zamzam, still present now, close to the Ka'bah.
